Family Collab brings meals, tasks, calendar, lists, and budget into a single cozy surface — so the unglamorous, high-frequency work of running a household doesn't sit in one person's head. It syncs with the Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars your family already uses.
The Today view gives the household one focused surface. A ring of progress shows how close the family is to "done." Below it: who has tasks left, the one task happening now, what is up next, today's events, meals, and what is already done.
Today shows everything the family agreed to do, ranked. Tap a face to filter to one person. Tap "Now" to mark the active task done. The ring fills in real time.
Color-coded events for birthdays, school, work, appointments, and holidays. Overlapping events get an amber border so nothing slips. Visibility is per-event: everyone, or specific members. Repeats handle real life — weekly practice, every other Friday, even "the last Thursday of the month."
Connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook — more than one account each, if work and home live in different places. Events flow into the family calendar and refresh in the background, and when you edit an imported event, the change syncs back to the calendar it came from.
Assign tasks, add due dates, set reminders, and make lists for groceries, packing, errands — anything. Tasks and lists stay scoped to your family group, not your inbox or a thread no one re-opens.
Give chores point values and they become a game: a family leaderboard, points that add up, and a rewards shelf the family defines — movie night, a later bedtime, real money. Kids ask to redeem; a parent approves. Allowance tracking is built in alongside.
Plan meals for the week, keep a family recipe book of saved favorites, and import recipes from across the web. A planned meal can turn into a shopping list, so the week's dinners and the grocery run stay one decision, not two.
Log expenses by category, set monthly limits per category, and keep recurring costs visible. Snap a receipt — or forward an email receipt to your family's private import address — and the expense fills itself in without retyping.
Everything in Family Collab is scoped to a family group. Create one to get an invite code. New people join as members, and the family admin can manage roles, permissions, removals, and admin transfer.

This is not end-to-end encryption: our servers can process data to power features. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
